TrustWriter provides a platform for analyzing and verifying content writers through AI detection, EEAT scoring, and quality metrics. We aggregate publicly available information from various sources to create writer profiles.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Scrape or harvest data without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TrustWriter are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Writer Profiles

Writer profiles are created based on publicly available information. Writers can claim their profiles to verify accuracy and add additional information. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee the completeness of all information.

7. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Refunds are provided within 14 days of initial purchase
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • No refunds for partial months of service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrustWriter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
